Join us in celebrating our 9th annual "Making a Difference in Your Caregiver Gala.
The Caregiver Gala was created by Kesha L. Hayes to show praise to caregivers who work so hard to care for their own loved ones and the loved ones of others. As a past Nurse Aide and LPN herself, she noticed there was not a lot of recognition for those who give so tirelessly and selflessly to others. So, she wanted to be instrumental in creating something to do just that.
Praise is contagious. When we start to acknowledge one caregiver's work, it inspires other caregivers to continue to work just as hard and for others to improve their own level of care they provide to others.

More than 1 in 3 older adults reported feeling a lack of companionship in the past year. Approximately one quarter of community dwelling Americans age 65 & older are considered to be socially isolated. Our non-profits mission is to enhance socialization, stimulate learning, increase emotional support and improve the health of our Aging Beauties.
Caring for Aging Beauties created the "Making a Difference in YOU Caregiver Gala" to recognize caregivers who take care of our older adults in the community. Your contribution to the "Making a Difference in YOU Caregiver Gala" allows Caring for Aging Beauties to create and engage in activities that provide social engagement, volunteer opportunities and intergenerational programming for older adults.
